Gracefully Building LLC aims to establish a community resource center in an urban community to provide real estate education, tutorial services for K-12 students, child care, office space, and various community resources.

Theresa Coleman is a Detroit native, educator, federal employee, and realtor dedicated to empowering others through knowledge and service. She leads with purpose, building confident learners and strong communities, one student, community member and homeowner at a time.
Business Operations Coordinator
N'Shan Robinson
N’shan Robinson is a Detroit native, experienced event planner, educator, and mental health professional dedicated to advancing urban communities through service, education, and meaningful engagement. Guided by a passion for helping others succeed and a commitment to servant leadership, she brings more than 25 years of experience in event planning, management, and service to the community. Her expertise, professionalism, and collaborative spirit make her a valuable addition to our team.

Administrative Assistant

Supports daily operations, manages communication, and ensures smooth coordination of programs and events. Handles front desk duties, assists with scheduling, maintains records, supports staff and visitors, and helps with program registration and facility coordination.
Lead Teacher

Our Lead Teachers are dedicated early childhood educators who create safe, engaging, and inclusive classrooms where children ages 12 months to 5 years can learn, grow, and thrive. Through hands-on learning, positive guidance, and strong family partnerships, they help each child build confidence, reach developmental milestones, and develop a lifelong love of learning—all while Gracefully Building Scholars, One Learner at a Time.
Assistant Teacher

Our Assistant Teachers play an important role in supporting a safe, caring, and engaging learning environment for children ages 12 months to 5 years. They work alongside Lead Teachers to assist with daily classroom activities, encourage positive social interactions, supervise children, and help implement age-appropriate learning experiences. Through patience, compassion, and teamwork, our Assistant Teachers help every child feel supported as we continue Gracefully Building Scholars, One Learner at a Time.
