At Gracefully Building Child Care Center, we believe every child has unique gifts, abilities, and potential waiting to be developed. Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment where children are encouraged to grow academically, socially, emotionally, and creatively.
Founded with a passion for education and a commitment to serving families, Gracefully Building Child Care Center goes beyond traditional childcare by creating a foundation for lifelong learning. We provide high-quality childcare experiences designed to support each child’s individual needs while building confidence, independence, curiosity, and a love for learning.
Our center is led by a certified educator with a cognitive impairment endorsement, bringing specialized knowledge and experience in supporting diverse learners. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where children of all abilities are welcomed, understood, and provided with opportunities to thrive.

A Passion for Education, A Heart for Children
At Gracefully Building Child Care Center, our commitment to children begins with leadership rooted in education, compassion, and a genuine desire to help every child reach their fullest potential.
Our Director, Theresa Colemen, is a certified K-5 elementary educator with a K-12 cognitive impairment endorsement, bringing specialized knowledge and experience in understanding the diverse ways children learn, grow, and develop. This educational background allows our center to create an inclusive learning environment where children with different abilities and learning styles are supported, encouraged, and celebrated.
With a passion for nurturing young minds, Theresa believes that early childhood experiences create the foundation for future success. Every child deserves to be in an environment where they feel valued, respected, and empowered to explore their abilities.
Through Gracefully Building Child Care Center, the vision is to provide more than childcare—it is to create a place where children can learn, families can receive support, and the community can come together. By combining quality care, educational enrichment, and family-focused resources, the center strives to help children become confident learners and future leaders.
